Single point load cells for compact platforms, bench scales, retail equipment, packaging lines and OEM weighing systems.

• A single point load cell is a strain-gauge-based transducer that converts force (weight) into an electrical signal.
• Unlike multi-cell systems, it supports an entire platform with one sensor, maintaining accuracy under off-center loading.

• Uses strain gauges bonded to a machined metal body (aluminium or stainless steel).
• When weight is applied, the body deforms slightly, altering the resistance of the strain gauges.
• This change is converted into a proportional electrical signal via a Wheatstone bridge circuit.

• Metal body: Aluminium for light-duty, stainless steel for harsh/corrosive environments.
• Precision aperture: Cut-out geometry ensures moment compensation (accuracy under off-center loads).
• Strain gauges: Bonded in flexure zones to detect deformation.
Sealing options: Potted or hermetically sealed for dust/moisture protection (IP65–IP69K).

• Low capacity: 0.3 kg – 20 kg (jewellery, medical, lab scales).
• Medium capacity: 20 kg – 600 kg (retail, packaging, logistics).
